Indulge in frosty, minty holiday bliss with the Peppermint White Russian. This festive twist on a classic layers velvety coconut cream, with peppermint schnapps, coffee liqueur, and crushed candy canes for a cooling, creamy cocktail that delivers sweet mint and chocolate flavors in every silky sip.
Peppermint White Russian
- 4 oz Coco Real cream of Coconut
- 1 oz vodka
- 3⁄4 oz peppermint schnapps
- 1⁄2 oz coffee liqueur like Kahlúa
- 1 tsp agave or simple syrup
- Crushed candy canes for garnish
- Rim a rocks glass with syrup and crushed candy canes. Dip the rim of the glass in agave or simple syrup, then roll it in crushed candy canes to coat the edge. Set aside.
- Add the Real Cream of Coconut, vodka, peppermint schnapps, coffee liqueur, and agave/simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well blended and chilled. The ingredients should be fully incorporated.
- Strain into your prepared rocks glass filled with fresh ice cubes. Be sure to strain slowly and carefully to achieve a rich, silky texture.
- Top with an additional sprinkle of crushed candy canes and garnish with a candy cane hook. Serve immediately.
