A couple of weeks ago I started a new series on freezer door cocktails. If the term is new to you, it’s all-in-one pre-mixed drink right in the liquor bottle that can be made ahead and left in the freezer until ready to serve (or to just have a delicious cocktail on hand at all times).

This week’s cocktail is in part a repeat from April 2021.
The Cosmopolitan is such an American Classic that I felt that this one really had to be on the list.

Freezer Door Cosmopolitan
Ingredients
- 12 ounces of Citrus or Plain Vodka
- 8 ounces Cointreau, Gran Manier or Triple Sec
- 4 ounces fresh lime juice - fresh matters
- 1 ounce Cranberry juice
Direction
All all the above to empty Vodka bottle and place in Freezer
To serve take bottle out of freezer and after making sure the the top is secure, give the bottle a few shakes to remix and separation that make have occurred.
Pour into chilled Couple to Martini glass
